Impact Growth Partners is a US-based, woman-owned, boutique consulting firm that works to expand social and environmental responsibility within the business community. Founded in 2017, IGP is one of only a handful of social and environmental consultancies with B Corp Certification expertise. IGP's consultants partner with organizations with operational expertise in environmental management, human resources, climate change policy, and other impact areas.

IGP's mission is to provide companies with specialized consulting services and tools that improve their social and environmental impact and position them as leaders of change.

Jenifer Gorin

Founder

Jen founded Impact Growth Partners after identifying a need for businesses to streamline how they measure, improve, and communicate the good they do. Jen leverages her traditional business experience to lead best in class social and environmental impact consulting services. As a founding and Board member of B Local CT, Jen played a pivotal role in significantly expanding the CT B Corp community.

Prior to founding IGP, Jen directed large multinational mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse, and political and corporate market research at Penn, Schoen and Berland. Jen is committed to expanding access to capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs and continuously supports initiatives that enable women to be investment decision makers.

Jen has her MBA from Harvard, and lives in Westport, CT with her husband and two boys.


Rebecca Kline Coffey

Interim CEO & Senior Consultant

Since IGP’s inception, Rebecca has stewarded companies across a wide range of industries, from footwear and fashion to investing, through the process of measuring and improving their social and environmental impact. These companies include Vivobarefoot, Good Culture, and Greenvest.

Rebecca brings nearly 15 years of nonprofit strategic growth, revenue generation, board development, and organizational collaboration to the field of stakeholder capitalism. As founder and previous director of New Haven Farms (now Gather New Haven) and a Deshpande Foundation Fellow, Rebecca understands how to successfully build and run a mission-driven organization.

Rebecca earned her MPA from Columbia, and lives in London with her husband and three young children.


Kerrie McDevitt

Senior Consultant

Kerrie leads IGP’s partnerships with start-ups and small businesses. She helps them establish a foundation of socially and environmentally-responsible policies, tracking mechanisms, processes, and the consumer marketing and branding that supports these initiatives. Kerrie’s work is centered on the U.S. retail and consumer-facing products category. As a founding and Board member of B Local CT, Kerrie is extremely dedicated to the CT B Corp community.

Kerrie’s deep knowledge of the retail environment and stakeholder primacy comes from nearly 25 years of combined senior management experience at New York City’s Amy’s Bread and at EF Education First, in the field of intercultural education and travel.

Kerrie has her BA from Bowdoin College. A strong writer, Kerrie’s articles can be found in B the Change, the B Corp community’s online publication that gathers the voices of people using business as a force for good. Kerrie lives in Westport, CT with her husband, two children and dog.  


Netta levy

Marketing Director

Netta brings with her over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of branding, corporate social responsibility, and marketing communications.

At IGP, Netta implements marketing strategies that help us engage with our stakeholders. From white papers and impact reports, to social media and email newsletters, Netta helps us communicate what we do and why we do it.

Prior to joining IGP, Netta worked in financial services overseeing corporate programs, including reputation management, marketing strategy, branding, market research, and digital strategy

Netta received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and lives in Westport, CT with her husband and three kids.


Sonia TZe Huse

Impact Management Consultant

After more than 15 years in leadership positions at Tiffany & Co. and Apple, Sonia is leveraging her experience in Strategic Planning, Data Analysis/Modeling and Operational Process Improvement to support mission-driven companies at IGP. In particular, she is passionate about working with organizations who want to use metrics to measure alignment with stated values and hold themselves accountable to stakeholders. In addition, she is developing IGP’s internal processes. As a Board member of B Local TX, Sonia also is driving positive outcomes across diverse communities through collective action. 

Sonia has her MBA from Columbia, and lives in Houston, TX with her husband and two children.


Shaneikwa Barton

Executive Assistant

Shaneikwa started her career as a Personal Assistant; she then transitioned into telecommunications working in Customer Service and Technical Support, where she spent 7 years.

As IGP’s Executive Assistant, Shaneikwa helps keep the team organized. From scheduling to accounting, you are likely to interact with Shaneikwa when working with us.

Shaneikwa attended The University of Texas at San Antonio majoring in Psychology, and lives in Temple, Texas with her son.
